Inventory Planning Manager

Responsible for optimizing inventory availability and control, the full-time remote Inventory Planning & Analysis Manager will oversee Material Requirements Planning (MRP), analyze inventory performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to support financial and operational goals. Key responsibilities: Own and maintain the MRP system, ensuring data integrity and translating sales forecasts into material requirements Analyze inventory performance metrics and develop dashboards to track KPIs, presenting findings to senior leadership Drive continuous improvement of inventory planning processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain operations, preferably in the cosmetics or CPG industry Demonstrated experience with MRP/ERP systems, with NetSuite strongly preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and understand the financial impact of inventory decisions
