Human Resources Business PartnerSparks Group has partnered with a leading Aviation manufacturer in Kinston, NC seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for an open-ended contract. This is the ideal job for you.ResponsibilitiesPartner with leadership to anticipate and address HR needs aligned to business goalsBalance employee advocacy with business priorities and promote initiatives to strengthen a positive workplace cultureEnsure compliance with employment laws and HR policiesIdentify and mitigate employee relations risks and de-escalate conflictsProvide career coaching and support employee development plans including advising on internal mobility and career opportunitiesApply performance and consequential management practicesImplement and monitor HR policies, programs, and processes region-wideFacilitate training to communicate new processes and systemsLead change initiatives through innovation and problem solving while anticipating and addressing resistance to changeQualifications/Background ProfileBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education or experience6+ years of progressive HR experience in a HR CoE or Generalist roleExperience in a complex, matrixed, and international environmentExperience with employee counseling and handling complex employee relations issuesAbility to travel up to 10% (domestic and international)Aerospace industry experience preferredExcellent communication skillsStrong written presentation, interpersonal, consultative, and problem solving skillsExperience with HRIS Platforms- Experience with ADP, Workday or SAP preferredProficient with Google WorkspaceSparks Group is an equal opportunity employer.
