Job TitlePay Range: $55hr - $60hrRequirement/Must Have6–8+ years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization.Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.Advanced SQL development and data manipulation skills.Experience building enterprise-scale dashboards and analytics solutions.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective data visualizations.Support Engineering Excellence initiatives through analytics and performance reporting.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across dashboards and reports.Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.Implement best practices for dashboard design, usability, scalability, and performance.Create and manage data models, extracts, and performance optimization strategies.Provide actionable insights through data analysis and visualization.Partner with Engineering, PMO, and Business teams to deliver reporting solutions.Automate recurring reports and manage scheduled reporting cycles.Nice to HavePrior experience with Elevance Health or within the Healthcare domain.Experience with Power BI, Python, or R.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience developing engineering metrics, KPI dashboards, and performance reports.SkillsTableau Development.Data Visualization.SQL Development.Data Warehousing.ETL Processes.Analytical Skills.Problem-Solving Skills.Communication Skills.
