Commercial High-Rise Window Cleaning Technician

Job Description

S&K Building Services is growing fast-and we're looking for thrill seekers and precision pros to join our elite high‑rise team. If working hundreds of feet above the city, secured by professional rope descent systems, sounds exciting, this job was made for you. You'll tackle skyscrapers, deliver crystal‑clear results, and represent a company that puts safety, training, and advancement first.

What You'll Do

Perform high‑rise window cleaning using rope descent systems
Operate water‑fed poles and professional cleaning tools
Communicate with clients and deliver spotless results
Maintain equipment, vehicles, and high safety standards

What You Bring

High‑rise or rope‑based experience is a plus, but not required-we provide training.
Comfort working at extreme heights whether on ropes or on lifts and ladders
Valid driver's license & strong work ethic
Team‑first attitude and professional presence
