Forklift OperatorTrillium is seeking Reach Truck Forklift Operators in Columbus!This temp-to-hire role gives you the chance to step into a strong, well-run operation where reach truck forklift operators are a key part of keeping daily warehouse activity moving smoothly. You'll handle receiving, shipping, inventory control, and safe material flow throughout the facility while working with a team that values consistency, communication, and reliability.Responsibilities: Operate reach truck forklifts for high pushing and pulling of product. Receive, inspect, store, pick, pull, and stage materials and customer orders. Generate, scan, and apply shipping labels; process inbound/outbound transactions in warehouse systems. Verify shipments, resolve receiving discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory using FIFO practices. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards while supporting daily operations and special projects. Work effectively with the team in a fast-paced environment requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.Schedule is 2nd Shift / Monday – Friday / 3:30 PM to Midnight. Pay rate is $19.00 per hour.Reach forklift experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
