Assembler Position
We are hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team! In this role, you will help produce high-quality glass-to-metal seals by performing precise assembly work in a fast-paced production environment. Pay range is $17-$20 depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble component parts to produce high-quality glass-to-metal seals
- Verify paperwork, materials, and picking tickets for accuracy
- Safely load and unload ovens during production cycles
- Maintain awareness of production updates and issues
- Support team operations and perform additional duties as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to handle small parts and use magnifying tools/microscopes
- Ability to read and interpret product drawings is a plus
