They will work with end users to ensure the timely execution of products delivered.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Accountable for all aspects of assigned projectsProvide superior customer service internally and externallyStrategically source materialHelp coordinate with internal support team order entry and item codingDevelop strategic partnerships with suppliersLead project-related conference calls and interact with all third parties involved in project managementProvide reporting to project management teamBe in compliance with all established SOPsAnalyze and recommend areas where efficiencies and advantages can be gained by DNOW and/or our clientFacilitate expeditious movement of material and paperworkSupport other Project Managers and Sales Assistants as workload permitsExceed customer expectations in service requirements while maintaining 100% on-time deliveries and 100% order accuracy.Maximize operating profits while gaining market share through superior customer service.Other tasks as assigned by supervisorJOB REQUIREMENTS:Strong pipe, valves, and fittings sourcing background5+ years' experience in project management and salesOil & Gas knowledge preferredComputer skills (Microsoft Office - Excel and Word)Process, administrative, operations and SAP experience is a plusPositive and assertive attitudeDetail-oriented, organized and analyticalUnderstanding of and total commitment to DNOW processesOutgoing, service-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to receive directionOral and written communication skills, both internal and externalRelationship-building abilities with both customers and co-workersGoal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environmentStrong work ethic and integrityBENEFITS:Competitive salary + bonus401(k)/ Retirement savingsComprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage)Career growthFriendly work environmentPaid vacation/holidays
