Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a full time maintenance technician for multiple locations. Responsibilities include service calls, preventive maintenance. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated. Strong candidates should have general maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, equipment repair. Some on-call work may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Order and replace broken parts or equipment
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform other duties, as assigned
