As a 30 Hour Shift Supervisor at cabi Outlet, you're part of the management team — helping lead the store, the team, and the customer experience day to day. You'll style clients, coach coworkers, keep operations running smoothly, and step in as Manager on Duty when it counts. If you've got retail experience under your belt and you're ready for more responsibility, more trust, and more room to grow, this is your next move.

Pay: $16–$18/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Lead by example on the sales floor — styling clients, driving sales, and setting the tone for great customer experience
• Build customer loyalty through genuine relationships and clienteling
• Coach, motivate, and support the team, delegating tasks and stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed
• Track KPIs and help the store hit its daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Oversee merchandising, shipment processing, and store presentation standards
• Handle cash, banking, and store records with accuracy and integrity
• Keep things running — solo or as part of the team — whether that's on the floor or behind the scenes

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, or similar retail leadership role
• A natural communicator who builds trust with customers and coworkers alike
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and picking up new systems
• Trustworthy with cash handling and store assets
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle a lot at once
• A leader who brings integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude to the floor every day
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional solo coverage
• Ability to stand, move throughout the store, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
