Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service in person, over the phone, and throughout the customer experience. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while helping customers with sales, service, and general inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Assist customers in the showroom by answering questions about products, accessories, and services.
• Support the service department by checking customers in, creating work orders, scheduling appointments, and communicating repair updates.
• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Process customer transactions, payments, and paperwork accurately.
• Maintain organized customer records and service documentation.
• Keep the showroom and front desk clean, organized, and inviting.
• Assist with inventory displays, merchandising, and promotional materials as needed.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions.
• Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, receptionist, retail, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership management software.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Interest in boating, powersports, or outdoor recreation is a plus but not required.

In 2004 we expanded to sales with Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP) where we quickly obtained Platinum level Certification; the highest level BRP has to offer. We are a family-based business and as always, our main goal continues to be customer satisfaction.
