Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor medication administration.

Order medication.

Assessments, planning, interventions and evaluations.

Develop care plans.

Train/educate staff.

Assist in developing policies and procedures.

Health screens/TB skin tests.

Monitor residents health/status.

Update MD, families, hospice and therapy.

Complete incident reports and medication errors.

Resource for staff.

Delegate caregivers.

Monitor and assess psychotropic medications.

Wound care.

Fall assessments.

Skin assessments.

Evacuation evaluation.

Satisfaction evaluation.

Misappropriation of resident funds reporting.
