Job Title: Dietary Aide – Full-Time and Part-Time – 7a–3p Day Shift

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Scarlet Oaks Retirement and Rehabilitation Center in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking reliable full-time and part-time Dietary Aides for our 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. day shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a healthcare and senior living environment, supporting residents with their daily nutrition and dining experience.

• Assist with preparation and plating of meals and snacks for residents.

• Serve food and beverages and/or assist residents during mealtimes in the dining room.

• Work in the dish room as requested, including washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes and utensils.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.

• Assist Cooks with basic food preparation and portioning as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in quantity food preparation or food service preferred (healthcare or senior living experience is a plus).

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team.

• Solid work history with reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Patience, understanding, and compassion for residents and their families.

• Ability to follow instructions, maintain sanitation standards, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. day shift.

• Full-time and part-time positions available.

• Weekend and holiday rotations as required by the facility schedule.
