Phlebotomist 5542
$150k - $180kJoin a dynamic and growing team as a Signal Integrity Field Applications Engineer / Marketing Manager, where your expertise in high-speed signaling and signal integrity will be instrumental in advancing our technological footprint. We are looking for passionate professionals to fill two SI FAE/MKTG positions, one based in San Jose, CA, and the other in Austin, TX, to support our regional and global sales, engineering, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers across the USA to understand and address their signal integrity requirements, presenting tailored solutions involving products, test reports, and simulations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to refine product designs and support customer-specific applications, ensuring alignment with high-frequency and EMI requirements.
- Lead research and development initiatives, contributing to industry standards and identifying emerging trends in electronics.
- Represent the company at trade events and industry symposiums, facilitating technical discussions and networking with key industry players.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test reports and technical papers, to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Provide training and technical support to sales teams, enhancing their understanding of signal integrity concepts and their impact on product performance.
- Coordinate with product partners to explore new technologies and solutions for enhanced customer offerings.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in consumer electronics, enterprise computing, or high-speed datacom industries.
- Proficiency with ANSYS HFSS or equivalent 3D FEM solvers and experience with high-speed lab equipment.
- Strong understanding of signal integrity concepts and analytical skills to troubleshoot high-speed systems.
- Experience with high-speed signals up to 224 Gbps, and nice to have experience with up to 448 Gbps.
- Familiarity with industry specifications like IEEE 802.3 and tools such as CST Microwave Studio and Keysight ADS is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Python or C# are advantageous.
