Technical Program Manager Join Millennium Print Group as a Technical Program Manager! We\'re looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our team in Raleigh , NC . If you\'re passionate about manufacturing, engineering, capital projects, automation, and operational excellence , this is your opportunity to lead large-scale initiatives that help produce products enjoyed by millions around the world. Location: Raleigh, NC Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + comprehensive benefits package What You'll Do Lead manufacturing capital projects, facility expansions, automation initiatives, and technical programs from concept through operational startup. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, milestones, governance processes, and executive reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Automation, Maintenance, Quality, IT, Supply Chain, and external vendors. Oversee equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT activities, and production readiness. Monitor project risks, budgets, timelines, and performance while driving successful project execution. Partner with executive leadership to deliver strategic manufacturing initiatives aligned with business objectives. Develop project dashboards, KPIs, and reports that support informed business decisions and continuous improvement. What You'll Bring Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience leading manufacturing capital projects, engineering programs, automation initiatives, or technical projects. Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risk management, governance, and cross-functional teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools. Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills. PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or related certifications are preferred.
