Regulatory Strategy Director, Electric Utilities

UIL HOLDINGS CORPORATION, part of Avangrid, seeks a regulatory leader to guide Connecticut electric tariff strategy and rate design. You will lead testimony, coordinate cross-functional teams, and develop policy in rate proceedings before PURA, with emphasis on reliability, cost of service, and revenue requirements.
The role requires extensive regulatory experience, strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to work with regulators and executives.
