Home Health Recruiter (Onsite/Full-Time Position with Excellent Full Benefits Package, Competitive Base Salary + Bonus Structure) Position Responsibilities: Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews Schedule interviews for all hiring managers Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly NOT remote. In office required Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting Caregiver recruiting required Home Care/Home Health recruiting highly preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Social Media Recruitment experience Experience attending events Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development #J-18808-Ljbffr New Solutions, Inc
