As a Transport, you will be responsible for transporting residents safely and efficiently to and from various activities, appointments, and services within our community. This includes navigating through our campus, using wheelchairs or walkers as needed, and providing reassurance and companionship to our residents. Your attention to detail, empathy, and ability to build rapport will be essential in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from various activities, appointments, and services, including wheelchairs or walkers as needed
• Provide companionship and reassurance to residents during transports
• Monitor residents' medical conditions and report any changes to the care team
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment during transports
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and resident requests
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of community services
