Food Service Team Member

Stacks & Cordials

Stacks & Cordials is looking for a dependable, friendly, and hardworking Food Service Team Member to join our team. This is a hands-on position that involves food preparation, cooking, customer service, cleaning, and helping with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with others, and is willing to help wherever needed. Restaurant experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and standards
Complete daily food prep and keep ingredients stocked and ready for service
Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional customer service
Accurately prepare and package customer orders
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, food preparation area, and customer service area
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
Restock food, packaging, and other supplies throughout the shift
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
Assist with opening and/or closing duties
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining food quality and accuracy
Communicate and work well with other team members
Help with other restaurant duties as needed

Qualifications

Dependable and punctual
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn and follow instructions
Able to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform normal restaurant duties
Previous restaurant, kitchen, food service, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
