Job Description:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships with clients, and driving sales in our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for selling and interacting with customers, as well as a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
- Stay informed about current sales and promotions to effectively promote products

Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
