What You'll Do Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Analyze financial data and investigate account variances Support project accounting and job cost reporting Process fixed assets and maintain depreciation schedules Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Prepare supporting schedules for audits and tax filings Help improve accounting processes and internal controls Collaborate with operations and project management teams on financial reporting Perform other accounting and finance projects as needed What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 1-4 years of accounting experience Strong understanding of general accounting principles Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required Why You'll Love Working Here Outstanding Company Culture Our people are our greatest asset.
