Mechanical Superintendent (HVAC – Licensed))

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time.

Job Overview:

Tiger Star Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent with a valid Texas Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Contractor License to support a large-scale industrial construction project related to a copper manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with industrial mechanical systems , including HVAC, cooling water systems, gas systems, and process piping, and will be responsible for supervising installation activities and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and permit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation of mechanical systems , including HVAC, cooling water, gas systems, and process piping

• Pull mechanical permits and ensure full compliance with Texas codes and regulations

• Coordinate with plumbing, pipefitting, HVAC, and other mechanical trades

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and mechanical designs

• Monitor job site activities to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors

• Support planning and execution of industrial mechanical installations

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Contractor License (Required)

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical construction experience

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling water systems, gas systems, and process piping

• Experience in industrial or commercial construction projects

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and mechanical plans

• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience on large-scale industrial or construction projects
• Familiarity with process piping or facility systems
