Customer Care Specialist

Customer Service Contract Division Maintain customer open orders and enter new orders in company’s ERP system: Establish new customers and new shipping instructions Run backorder reports for clients and sales team. Review and process new POs Verify order and account information, pricing and product selection. Oversee the credit approval process; receipt and recording of deposits and payments. Understand client requirements to process orders proficiently. Follow up on existing POs, advising customers of delivery information Assist with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries. Answer product and service questions via phone or email; suggest information about other products and services. Troubleshoot customer issues and recommend corrective actions. Liaise with sales and management on key orders and projects Requirements: Basic knowledge of hospitality industry and hospitality textiles preferred Basic problem solving Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience Good oral and written communication skills Strong multi-tasker Able to handle volume of inquiries Skills/Qualifications: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Documentation Skills Basic Computer Skills Strong Listening and Writing Skills Phone Skills Multi-tasking Information Analysis Strong Organizational Skills Problem Solving #J-18808-Ljbffr Richloom Fabrics Corp
