Responsibilities include:

• Repair equipment according to blueprints and/or written procedures
• Maintain equipment logs, repair data and shift status pass-downs
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment
• Support the equipment section with other responsibilities as needed
• Become certified on a variety of tool types
• Work with counterparts within engineering department and other departments to meet quality and manufacturing goals
• Diagnose and repair equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and written procedures

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cleanroom environment
• Teamwork skills across diverse and remote teams
• Proactive and adaptable to shifting priorities for our needs
• Expert in diagnosing and resolving complex issues
• Must be self-motivated and have ability to multi-task in a high-paced/high stress situations
• Strong attention to detail and able to work independently with minimum instruction

Work Location & Schedule: On-site at Camas, Washington, MondayFriday. Position typically assigned to a 12-hour day or night shift compressed work week schedule with 3 days on one week and 4 days on the next.

Pay Transparency & Other Compensation: At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $23.55 and $31.24 per hour. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $23.55 - $33.85 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. TSMC's total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.
