Bring a strong customer service or sales foundation and a desire to learn, and we'll provide the training.Pay & Earning PotentialBase Pay: $15.50–$16.50 per hourWeekend Premium: +$5.00 per hour for weekend hours workedExpected Total Earnings: $19.50–$23.50 per hour including performance incentivesUncapped Commission: Strong performers can earn above the expected range90-Day Training Guarantee: Base-level commissions are guaranteed during your first 90 days while you complete trainingYour compensation combines a stable hourly wage with weekend premium pay and performance-based incentives that reward strong results.What You'll DoConsultative Sales: Engage customers, ask the right questions, understand their needs, and recommend products and services that provide the right solution.Product & Service Expertise: Learn our specialty solutions across batteries, automotive, key programming, lighting, device repair, and other technical categories.Customer & Business Opportunities: Own the customer experience from greeting through checkout while identifying opportunities to connect business customers with our Commercial Sales team.Store Responsibility: Support inventory, merchandising, daily store execution, and opening/closing keyholder responsibilities while contributing to team sales goals.This is primarily a customer-facing sales and service role. We provide structured training on the technical products, services, and systems needed to succeed.Training & DevelopmentDuring your first 90 days, you'll complete a structured paid training program covering our products, services, consultative sales approach, systems, and customer solutions.Previous technical experience is not required.
