The GhostEye SE CPTL is responsible for leading the GhostEye Systems Engineering team’s execution of all Systems Engineering scope across the GhostEye Product Line. This position is onsite based in Tewksbury, MA.What you will do: Work with other IPT/CPT leads from the various functions and productsServe as the primary Systems point of contact for the GhostEye program with the customer senior technical counterparts and internal senior program management and engineering leadership.Provide technical and functional leadership to Systems Organization supporting the GhostEye V120 program, which will requireBroad knowledge of the technology and concepts of radars and associated productsBroad knowledge and understanding of the process and requirements of maintaining compliance with all export and import controlsAbility to promote collaboration and drive alignment across Raytheon business units, functions and programs as well with external partners and customers.Coordinate, write, and deliver technical presentations to both internal and external customersA deep enough understanding of general and Raytheon specific financial metrics (e.g. bookings, sales, operating profit, and cash) and processes, and program metrics (e.g. CPI/SPI, EAC) and processes, to provide meaningful insight into business decisions and strategies.The ability to effectively prioritize and de-conflict competing tasks based on an accurate assessment on what will provide the greatest value to the business.Qualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.Experience in GhostEye/LTAMDS Programs (or similar program) system design, development, integration/verification, production, and sustainmentDemonstrated experience in strategic development, customer interface, or contract capture in the Defense IndustryExcellent verbal and written communications skillsQualifications We Prefer:Earned Value CertificationDemonstrated ability to lead teams across multi-geographical locationsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
