Area Director – Fast Casual Restaurant Operations

Location: Atlanta, GA
Base Salary: $100,000 per year

What You'll Do

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple restaurant locations.

• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain General Managers and restaurant leadership teams.

• Drive sales growth, profitability, labor management, and food cost control.

• Maintain high standards for food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and operational execution.

• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve results.

• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional guest service.

• Partner with leadership to support continued expansion and the successful opening of new locations.

• Ensure consistent execution of company standards across all restaurants.

What We're Looking For

• Proven multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably as an Area Director, Director of Operations, or District Manager.

• A strong background in fast-casual or high-volume restaurant operations.

• Demonstrated success developing General Managers and building high-performing teams.

• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, labor controls, food costs, and sales performance.

• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate teams and deliver measurable results.

• The ability to support a growing restaurant organization throughout the Atlanta, GA market.
