Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and improvement of lawns, gardens, decks, patios, and other landscape features.
Operate hand tools, motorized equipment, and construction vehicles safely and efficiently.
Participate actively in multiple projects at various stages to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Follow safety protocols and work performance standards to maintain a safe work environment.
Perform routine maintenance and landscaping tasks to enhance the aesthetic and functional value of outdoor spaces.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor construction is preferred but not required.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely.
Physical stamina and strength to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions, includes lifting and standing for extended periods of time.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
