Position: Respiratory Therapist
Location: Jackson, MI
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3 x 12-Hour Night Shifts
Hours: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapy experience
• Current Respiratory Therapist licensure
• Current Respiratory Therapy certification
• Current BLS Certification

Job Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and other respiratory care procedures
• Manage ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, and other respiratory support equipment
• Perform respiratory assessments and monitor patient response to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with facility policies, infection control, and safety standards
