What You'll Be Doing
– Installing residential and commercial heating and cooling systems
– Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems across a wide range of equipment
– Running service calls with efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism
– Taking full ownership of your calls, your results, and your customer relationships
– Delivering the kind of service that earns trust and keeps customers for life
– Growing your technical skills and contributing to a team that holds a high standard

What We're Looking For
– 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation and service
– EPA 608 Certification — Universal preferred
– Valid driver's license and clean driving record
– Strong diagnostic skills — you find the root cause, not just the symptom
– A work ethic and pride in doing things right the first time
– Positive, team-first attitude with real accountability
– Comfort with both residential and light commercial systems
- Willingness to grow and take more responsibility

Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $25–$35/hour ($52,000–$72,800/year) + bonus opportunities
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts | Weekend availability required
Location: In person | Virginia
