We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to serve as Medical Director for an established Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) in Columbia, South Carolina . This is a dynamic opportunity to lead a rehab program in a collaborative, patient-centered setting with strong administrative support.

Position Highlights:

• Medical Director role at a well-established Inpatient Rehab Facility
• Monday - Friday schedule (no required weekends or night call)
• Approximately 20% administrative time within scope of medical leadership
• High Medical Director stipend
• Strong interdisciplinary rehab team and operational support

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
