We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Homemaker Home Health Aide (CHHHA) with experience to provide In-Home care and support to clients throughout Hunterdon, Mercer, Somerset and Warren Counties.

Looking for HOURLY CHHHAs . Immediate openings!

Must have a current CHHHA license and in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.

Hourly CHHHAs must have dependable transportation.

Assist clients in their personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and exercise. Plan and prepare meals. Medication reminders. Assist client with regular household tasks including light dusting, vacuuming, bed making, laundry, change bed linens, etc.

Qualifications:

• • Current New Jersey CHHHA certification required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• • Assist clients with activities of daily living
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Perform safe transfers and repositioning of clients
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team
