Hybrid role (3 days in-office) based in Plano, TX. Job Duties Manages a team of 4-5 senior litigation and major loss adjusters. Reports to the Director of Claims. Directs litigation strategy for active lawsuits including liability defense, coverage positions, and settlement posture. Works with Director of Claims to strategize on litigated claims handling. Understands and communicates risk management. Assigns and manages defense counsel and controls expenses. Reviews legal budgets, invoices, and case progress. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher. 3+ years of experience in litigation management. Current/Active Texas adjuster’s license. Effective communication skills including written communication.
