1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Are you a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams including Sales, Production, Planning, Quality, Shipping, and Finance.
In this role, you'll manage customer accounts, process orders, coordinate delivery schedules, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from order entry through shipment. If you enjoy problem-solving, relationship-building, and keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll DoCustomer Service & Account Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, delivery status, and issue resolution
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Coordinate customer priorities with internal departments to meet expectations and delivery commitments
- Enter and process customer orders accurately within ERP/MRP systems
- Review pricing, specifications, delivery requirements, and purchase orders for accuracy
- Manage order changes, returns, credits, and special requests
- Track orders from receipt through shipment to ensure on-time delivery
- Partner with Production, Planning, Quality, Shipping, and Inventory teams to support customer demand
- Monitor inventory availability and proactively identify potential shortages or delays
- Communicate scheduling changes and delivery updates to customers
- Support demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management activities
- Maintain accurate customer, order, and inventory records within ERP and CRM systems
- Generate reports related to customer service metrics, shipments, inventory, and order status
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and internal workflows
- Support cross-functional projects and operational initiatives
- Promote a customer-focused culture centered on accountability, responsiveness, and teamwork
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Account Management, Order Management, Sales Support, or Manufacturing Administration
- Experience processing orders and managing customer accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, automotive, or technical environments
- Experience using ERP, MRP, CRM, or order management systems
- Knowledge of inventory control, production scheduling, or supply chain operations
