• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible state licensure/certification in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience working in a school environment is preferred

• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor therapy plans tailored to individual student needs

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of student progress and services provided
• Work proactively with a multidisciplinary team to support students in general and special education settings
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and other school-based activities as needed
• Educate staff and parents on effective communication strategies and student progress
