Lead Human Resources Assistant (MIL/OA)

Duties
Help
Notify military applicants of required procedures for their assigned branch of service.
Interview military applicants to gather and verify data for service entry.
Obtain military applicants' fingerprints to initiate a background investigation.
Manages the preparation of enlistment and re-enlistment packets for military service members.
Conduct quality control of applicant processing packets to mitigate administrative discrepancies.
Resolve conflicts that may arise among team members.
Distribute workload among employees to ensure timely completion.
Provide technical guidance and training to subordinate staff within command.
