This individual will be responsible for coordinating site logistics, travel, workforce mobilization, and administrative operations to ensure smooth day-to-day project execution. Serving as the primary administrative point of contact for site personnel and visitors, the Project Administrator will support onboarding, manage travel and accommodation logistics, coordinate meetings and communications, maintain site access records, and partner with HR, safety, and project teams to support workforce planning and site operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced supporting large-scale construction or industrial project teams in fast-paced environments.
