As an On-Call Clinician Technician you will provide a safe and secure environment for our clients in a residential setting, engage them in skills training, designed to enhance functioning leading to community integration and self-sufficiency in living, learning, social and work environments. You will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordination of care.You will provide direct support to our clients, engaging them in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development services, transportation services and crisis management. These positions are typically offering On-Call shifts in 8-hour blocks, on A, B, and C shifts (see below) depending on the location's need and availability. Most facilities are open all 7 days of the week, so there is opportunity for supplemental income on Weekends and Evenings. A Shift – 7:00am – 3:30pmB Shift – 3:00pm – 11:30pmC Shift – 11:15pm – 7:15amQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED, plus one and a half (1.5) years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting; oran Associate's degree in a related field; ora Bachelor's degree in a related field; ora Bachelor's degree in a non-related field, plus one (1) year of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting.Some assignments require an Arizona DPS Class One Fingerprint Clearance CardSome assignments require a current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).Must be 21 years of ageBackground CheckMinimum 1 year recovery from drugs and/or alcoholMinimum typing speed of 25 wpmPossession of, or the ability to obtain, the following:CPR and First Aid certificationsEvidence of freedom from infectious pulmonary tuberculosisPhysical demands of this position are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
