Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Software Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Software Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and execution of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap to meet business objectives and user needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for innovation and delivering exceptional software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and success metrics.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable product strategies.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business requirements, and technical feasibility.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to define product requirements, provide clear direction, and drive execution.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery and product quality.
• Drive product adoption and usage through effective go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and messaging.
• Analyze product performance and user feedback, iterating on features and functionality to continuously improve the product experience.
• Act as a product evangelist, representing the product internally and externally, and building strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven track record of 5+ years in software product management roles, with a focus on delivering successful software products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple and intuitive product solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience with product management tools and techniques, such as product roadmapping, user story mapping, and prototyping tools.
• Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering business value and exceeding customer expectations.
