Position Description
The Diagnostics Manager ensures that all required supporting diagnostics—imaging, labs, and tests—are delivered timely and accurately. Their coordination prevents delays and ensures complete exam packages. They maintain partnerships and quality across diagnostic providers.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA or Lafayette, LA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Ensures timely, compliant delivery of diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, specialty tests) required to support DBQs.
Manages national diagnostic partnerships (labs, imaging centers, mobile diagnostics)
Oversees test scheduling, routing, chain-of-custody, and secure result transmission
Tracks timeliness, cancellations, error rates, and SLA adherence
Ensures diagnostic readiness for high-volume ESR processing
Coordinates travel or mobile diagnostic support for coverage gaps

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Bachelor's degree 
5–7 years diagnostic or ancillary medical operations experience 
Knowledge of lab/imaging compliance and data routing
Experience with CLIA or CAP compliance 
Healthcare ops certification (optional)

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 $172,400.00.
