About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Mechanic to join our team. As an HVAC Mechanic, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your work will directly impact the comfort and safety of our clients and their customers. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that all systems are functioning at optimal levels.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an HVAC apprenticeship or equivalent training program
• Valid HVAC technician license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in HVAC or related field
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems
• Experience with refrigeration systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed

Skills:

As an HVAC Mechanic, you will utilize your technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems to ensure that our clients' systems are functioning at optimal levels. You will use your problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and your attention to detail to perform preventative maintenance. Your ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics will be essential in ensuring that all installations and repairs are completed accurately. Additionally, your communication and customer service skills will be utilized when interacting with clients and team members.
