Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced RN for our Skilled Nursing units. The candidate must have an education verification, current WI License, and CPR. Traveler may be asked to float to other in-patient units due to census. - 0.9 FTE day shift 0630-1900, every third weekend and a holiday rotation

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies and procedures, standards of care, and State laws/practice act.
• Documents according to standards of care.
• Develops, initiates, and executes a patient plan
