WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide skilled nursing care within your scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition
• Communicate with RNs, physicians, and on-call providers
• Supervise and support CNAs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Respond appropriately to resident needs
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing
• Strong nursing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining part of a team
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
• Hospital, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
• New graduate LPNs encouraged to apply
