Job Description The Hospitality Specialist at Opensity Solutions is responsible for delivering high-touch concierge-style hospitality services within a professional office environment. This role supports daily operations, meetings, events, and guest services by ensuring exceptional presentation, responsiveness, and attention to detail. The Hospitality Specialist collaborates with internal teams and reports to designated site leadership while maintaining an elevated and service-oriented workplace experience. This position is classified as non-exempt. Key Responsibilities Provide professional and courteous service to employees, clients, guests, and visitors. Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings, presentations, catered events, and other functions. Coordinate food and beverage service, including coffee, refreshments, catering deliveries, and meeting supplies. Maintain conference rooms, kitchens, pantries, and hospitality areas to ensure they are clean, stocked, organized, and presentation-ready. Monitor inventory and replenish beverages, snacks, paper products, utensils, and other hospitality supplies. Assist with catering orders, deliveries, setup, presentation, and cleanup. Respond promptly to hospitality and conference-room service requests. Perform routine conference-room inspections and report equipment, furniture, or facility issues as needed. Work closely with facilities, reception, office services, and other departments to support daily workplace operations. Assist with special events, employee functions, client meetings, and other office activities. Maintain a professional appearance and provide discreet, attentive service in a corporate environment. Follow established safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures. Perform additional office-services and hospitality duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

Strong hospitality and customer service skills with a concierge-level service mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests, clients, and colleagues. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining professional presentation standards. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Flexibility and adaptability in managing evolving operational priorities. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with room booking systems, scheduling software, and workplace technology tools preferred. Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while delivering high-quality service. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond proactively to guest and operational needs. Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs. Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience required; hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, or client service experience preferred. Experience in professional office hospitality or conference services is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience using room reservation systems, scheduling platforms, or workplace service tools preferred. Ability to learn and navigate hospitality and workplace technology systems efficiently. The Compensation range for this role is up to 21.75 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s location, skills, experience and qualifications.
