What You'll Do

• Build relationships with clients to understand their financial needs
• Present and recommend appropriate life insurance and protection solutions
• Guide clients through applications with professionalism and attention to detail
• Work closely with mentors and leadership to develop sales and business skills
• Manage your schedule and pipeline in a performance-driven environment

Compensation

• Commission-based with performance bonuses
• First-year earnings typically range from $60,000–$90,000+
• Top performers exceed $100K+ within their first year
• Advancement is based on performance, not tenure

Licensing Support

• Guidance through the life insurance licensing process
• Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage support
• Startup licensing cost: approximately $350 (waived for licensed agents)

Additional Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to obtain a state life insurance license (we provide guidance)
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
