As a part-time beauty supply store associate, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment, while also staying informed about new products and trends.
Customer Service and Sales:
- Greet customers : upon arrival and offer assistance.
- Identify customer needs : and recommend appropriate products, considering their preferences and skin/hair type.
- Demonstrate product usage : and explain benefits to customers.
- Process sales transactions : accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints : professionally.
- Inform customers about promotions and special offers .
- Build rapport with customers : and encourage repeat business.
Store Maintenance and Operations:
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment .
- Restock shelves and displays : as needed.
- Ensure proper product presentation .
- Assist with inventory management .
- Communicate inventory issues : to management.
- Set up advertising displays : and arrange merchandise.
- Ensure that all necessary supplies are available .
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of beauty products : and trends.
- Strong customer service skills .
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills .
- Basic math skills : for handling transactions.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new products and procedures .
