Overview LifeStance Health is seeking Psychiatrists in Minnesota to join our clinical team. We are actively hiring and interviewing. LifeStance is a growing national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings, with a national footprint of clinics and telemedicine options. Responsibilities 100% outpatient work; no nights, no hospital calls, no weekends. Hybrid work model; flexible schedules with full-time and part-time (20 hours/week+) options. Collaborate with a collegial clinical team and maintain strong work/life balance. Full administrative support (scheduling & billing) and access to the latest digital technology.
