Operations Management
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures and workflows to maximize productivity and minimize errors
- Monitor and optimize space utilization, ensuring proper organization and accessibility of inventory
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance schedules and ensure all machinery is operating
