Registered General Nurse - Female only - Community - Night Claimont Health is hiring! Our teams of extraordinary nurses allow us to deliver the best care possible at home. We are seeking a Registered Nurse based in the community to join our team and support clients who have complex health needs and require a high level of care and support at home. This job requires a car driver and travel, as and when required. We are looking for a Paediatric/adult trained nurse to join us on our journey to becoming the leading independent sector provider of flexible, responsive, and dynamic mental health and complex care services in the UK. As a specialist in your field, you will undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner working within your professional scope of practice. You will need at least 2 years’ experience in an acute environment within Complex Care. You will need to have the following complex care skills and be able to work with staff to sign off the following competencies: Tracheostomy care Ventilation management Medications This role requires passionate individuals that thrive on delivering outstanding care for their clients.
