Responsibilities Be the Lifeline: Respond to a variety of patient needs, from urgent to routine, your unwavering support will make a difference in critical moments. Provide Empathetic and Heartfelt Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. This is your chance to truly connect. Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN). Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a Plus! Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including background in EMR. Possess and maintains current CPR certification if required by state. $78,000 - $84,000 per year (Average Pay Range).
