Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote resident comfort and dignity
• Provide basic nursing care, including vital sign checks, as delegated by registered nurses and licensed practical nurses
• Maintain accurate records of resident care, including daily reports and incident reports
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration with other healthcare professionals
